SIL - Supported Independent Living. These homes come with a 3+3 lease for a guaranteed income

Robust houses are for people with mental disabilities and have very different requirements to the houses for physical disabilities. The extra costs for building these homes are in the stronger materials needed in the homes to make them robust.
